Swedish massage is typically what people think of when they think of a relaxing massage. It is by far the most common type of massage utilized by massage therapists. Swedish massage involves the use of long gliding strokes to help warm and relax the muscles.

People love Swedish massage because of the deep level of relaxation that it helps them achieve. The massage is typically not too deep so that it does not cause a lot of pain and it utilizes long drawn out strokes to help slow the breathing. Both of these things are shown to aid the relaxation process. We often get clients who say they are drooling by the end of a Swedish massage because of the depth of relaxation they achieve.

Allie was amazing! I came in with lots of pain in my neck and shoulder blades and she came up with a great massage plan to treat that pain and walked me through stretches to do at home to help as well. I’ve also seen Amanda here well and she was also great! Would highly recommend Calming Touch Massage.

I've been there half a dozen times and had three different massage therapists and all have been exceptional. Calm clean environment, friendly staff, and highly trained, kind and experienced massage therapists! 10/10 recommend!

Joy always does amazing work. She has a wide knowledge and when doing emotional/energy work she still prioritizes bodywork. Amazing place to get work done .
